- Do exercise or lift weights – It is not necessary to do exercise to lose weight but if you do, it will a plus point and you will lose quickly. Try to add exercise in daily routine or do some form activity will increase the heart rate like cycling, skipping, swimming etc. You can also play a sport in your free time which will help in calorie burning.
- Sleep – Sleep is one of the most key factors in both gaining as well losing your weight because during this time your body is relaxing your muscles and the nutrients are being distributed to all parts of the body. It is important for you to get a sound sleep of 7-8 hours so that your is relaxed.
